The Q3 2020 project was a focus on cycle infrastructure, which is a large
subset of data. It was announced on July 10th.
As a personal note, I can bemoan about the disjointed nature of cycle
infrastructure, particularly in my local area, but what does exist is best
mapped on OSM. Unlike

Given that this is a US county agency, I take it they view the data as
public domain. That's a pretty common view for government entities in the
US.

i'm personally wary of "no objection"; it's not really an explicit
grant and there is no certainty about whether an objection might
arise later. i would say that probably there were no lawyers involved
in phrasing that statement.

Niels Elgaard nævner her i den sidste mail at der er en høring, som OSM-dk
godt kigge give et par ord med på vejen.
Det samme gælder mange andre åbne projekter. Så jeg kan kun sige at det vil
være skønt, hvis vi kan sætte et stærkt fælles svar op til det videre
politiske arbejde.
