Holt se stane. To je i důvod, proč si většinou  akce moc dopředu neplánuji. 
Pak se stane přesně tohle, že mi řeknou, že v dalším týdnu není potřeba, 
abych dojel.

Snad to vyjde příště.

Tak všichni už za hlasovali, a kupodivu ve středu 9.3. v 18 mohou úplně

I notice the thing you mention when I rearrange the name tag, for
separating Chinese and English name of a street.

The Post Office way of translation is the same as the street label I saw
around Taipei

I'm not quite sure the situation in another place in Taiwan.

I agree with you for the first Aly, Ln then the road or street name approach

I live in Taipei and I regularly make small edits to OSM, often to add
new shops or improve existing information about a node.

I noticed a lot of inconsistencies in the way road names are
translated in English.

The wiki [1] itself seems to be contradictory. It gives the example of

長榮路三段

being translated as

Changrong Rd. Sec. 3

and then points to a Taiwan Post Office web page [2] for reference.

However, if you look for this example in the Taiwan Post Office web
page, their translation is

Sec. 3, Changrong Rd.

Moreover, the wiki is not very helpful when it comes to longer
addresses such as 「信義路2段55巷7弄」. How should this be translated?

I would follow the Post Office recommendations and write it this way in English:

Aly. 7, Ln. 55, Sec. 2, Xinyi Rd.

What do you think?

If you agree please let me know, we could modify the wiki page to
include more information and I could start to provide better
translations to OSM!

Il faut retourner les images de 180° lorsque orientation + ST_Azimuth(du
premier au 3ème point du polygone d'emprise) sont proches de 180 et pas de
360...

En postgis ça donne un truc comme:

[Talk-cz] Polygon generator na osmap.cz/projekty

Ahoj,

neměl bys zájem vytvořit projektovou stránku o tvém toolu? Možná by se to
mohlo hodit i dalším lidem.
Stránka osmap.cz/projekty by měla sloužit k ukázce toho, čeho je (české)
OSM schopné, pokud možno pěkně obrázkově ilustrovanými stránkami. Běžní
uživatelé by se měli pokochat a pokročilí dostat na wiki/github apod.

[Talk-se] Stockholms läns regionala cykelstråk

Hej.

Jag skulle vilja diskutera hur vi taggar Stockholms läns regionala cykelstråk.

Idag taggas sträckorna i enlighet med vad som anges i 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Sweden/Stockholm_regional_cycle_network,
 vilket innebär network=lcn och ref="Regionalt cykelnät". Jag anser båda dessa 
taggar vara problematiska.

Taggningen network=lcn är problematisk eftersom dessa, regionala cykelstråk, är 
den högsta nivån av cykelvägnät som finns i länet medan vi i OSM taggar dem som 
den lägsta klassen. Stockholms läns regionala cykelstråk är varken små eller 
lokala, de omfattar 850 km cykelvägar igenom 26 kommuner och två landskap.

På wikisidan hävdas att det ska vara "lcn" eftersom "det inte finns något mer 
lokalt än detta", vilket är felaktigt. Många (alla?) kommuner definierar lokala 
cykelnät i flera nivåer under det regionala nätet. Vanligen delas 
klassificeringen upp i "Regionala stråk", "Huvudcykelvägar" och "Lokala 
cykelvägar".
När dessa huvud- och lokala cykelvägar skall taggas uppstår en 
informationsbrist, eftersom det inte finns något sätt att skilja de regionala 
stråken från huvudcykelstråken i taggarna.

Extra märkligt blir det när man konstaterar att flera av de cykelnätverk som 
taggas med network=rcn är avsevärt mindre, både i totalsträcka och geografisk 
utbredning, än Stockholms regionala nät. En annan pikant detalj är att 
Nynäsleden (network=rcn) i själva verket är en kort delsträcka av Stockholms 
län regionala nätverk (network=lcn)!

Jag föreslår att Stockholms läns regionala cykelstråk istället skall taggas med 
network=rcn så att network=lcn kan användas för de mindre och mer lokala 
stråken/näten. Det finns ett behov av att kunna hålla isär de olika typerna 
eftersom klassningen även innebär bl.a olika grader av vinterunderhåll.

Användandet av ref-taggar mer en allmän beskrivning av cykelleder har jag svårt 
att förstå hur det har kommit till. "ref" är ju till för referensnummer och 
koder, inte namn eller generiska beskrivningar.

Bruket av ref="Regionalt cykelnät" för Stockholms läns regionala cykelstråk gör 
att samtliga sträckor blir helt anonyma på kartan, de visas bara med texten 
"Regionalt cykelstråk". Det är lite som att ange ref="Motorväg" på det svenska 
motorvägsnätet. Fullständigt sant, men tämligen värdelöst.

Wikisidan hävdar att cykelstråkens namn aldrig anges på skyltning och därför är 
irrelevant för användare. Det stämmer inte. Dels blir skyltningen sakta bättre 
(om än från en tragiskt låg nivå) och dels har namn en stor betydelse för 
vägars brukare även utan skyltar. Man behöver kunna benämna vägsträckor för att

borde inte vara en anledning för oss att ge lika dålig service. Stråken _har_ 
namn. De borde visas på kartan.

Jag föreslår att Stockholms läns regionala cykelstråk skall vara utan ref-tagg 
(eftersom vägarna inte har några nummer) och att name-taggen skall vara 
"Stråkets namn (Regionalt cykelstråk)" istället för vad som anges på wikisidan: 
"Regionalt cykelnät Stockholm (stråkets namn)".

Oui, il y a un problème au download... ça coupe à 1Go.

Je pense que c'est le cache nginx qui fait ça... il faut que je le
désactive ces downloads.

J'ai aussi rajouté un fichier checksum.md5

une vingtaine.

Hi everyone

I'll be scheduling a concall shortly where we can progress the Articles of
Association and also hopefully finalise the objectives and name of the
chapter.

Membership options: the following is offered as a summary of what we might
do:

1.Standard membership £5 per year
Pros: affordable and inclusive
Cons: doesn't give us a lot of revenue to do things
2.Discounts for multiple years purchase e.g. £40 for 12 years
Pros: front loads income
Cons: Accounting years complications
3. Life Membership  £100
Pros and cons as for 2 above
4. Corporate membership
SMEs with turnover <£1m, charities and public organisations £25
Businesses with turnover > £1m  £250
Pros: gives us revenue and a network of contacts.
Cons: None I can think of except the amounts might be wrong; and there is
some opinion we should wait before we invite corporate membership

The controversial question is whether corporate members get a vote - still
to be decided

per me non cambia niente il fatto di una eventuale etichetta, dovrebbe essere 
battezzato per avere il diritto del nome ;-)
L'etichetta indica comunque la specie e non il nome. Alcuni alberi ci sono che 
hanno veri nomi, ma è raro

Montana, like many western state, need help in rural areas. I have been
wondering about an outreach program with local ag extensions, or Future
Farmers of America, 4H, Boy Scouts, etc. I attended a small county fair
last year. The local Future Farmers did a demo of remote subs they using to
map ocean floors. It was part of a NASA (I think) program to get kids
interested in science.

ciao a tutti ragazzi, come a solito ho un dubbio...
navigando per la rete ho beccato questo articolo:

ed incuriosito sono andato a dare un'occhiata e ho notato che alcuni degli
alberi presenti nei Parchi di Nervi [1] sono stati mappati mettendo il nome
della specie/tassonomia nel tag name...
ora, solitamente questo è uno stile errato, il tag name non è usato per
descrivere l'elemento, ma solo per indicarne il nome. ma essendo i Parchi di
Nervi un complesso botanico forse è giusto così...immagino che gli alberi
all'interno di un parco botanico siano in qualche maniera etichettati e
forse vengono chiamati con il loro nome scientifico...per caso, in questa
particolare situazione, questo uso del tag name è corretto?

Stillwater has gis data available, but unfortunately for me requires
Microsoft Silverlight browser plugin which I am not able to run. I would
check the county gis database for more information. The website is
http://www.stillwater.mt.gov/GIS/default.asp

There is even someone you could contact. I find most county gis departments
usually more than willing to help, especially if you ask nice. Even in
counties without free data, they might be able to provide you with the name
of the runway.

Have you contacted the user? While it looks like a runway, I'm not certain
that it is. Although, not sure what else it could be.

FWIW - I used to live in Montana and am familiar with parts of the state.

Bonjour,
j'ai essayé de mettre des points de contrôle en fonction du polygone 
(ici, c'est du côté du Havre en 1929) et de la taille de l'image mais 
sans succès.
Un ficher tiff est bien produit mais il est "vide" (1 Mo). L'image fait 
6804*5090, les coordonnées sont les 4 sommets du polygone.
Ci-dessous les données et la méthode utilisée (je suis parti du greffon 
georeferencer de QGis mais je n'ai pas de brevet de pilote pour la 
manipulation GDAL ;-)).

Ça ne doit pas être très loin.

I see no point to preserve these two pages since the second one is far

Would you have any objection to redirect "Power substations" to
Key:power=substation ?
May other items be in the same situation ?

Anda, pues justo en la Hoya de Huesca quería meterle mano yo! Pero no
precisamente en el GR-1 si no para marcar igualmente el "camino natural"
que no responde a las homologaciones de la Federación de Montaña si no una
"nueva" competencia del ministerio...

Si, yo decía meterle mano primero a la wiki de senderismo y también dividir
competencias/responsabilidades entre los voluntarios.

A la espera de más comentarios quedamos...

以前この場で議論されて（過去ログ：2014/5/２5から）、国道・県道などを表すのにadmin_levelのはやめるとなったようですが、これが最終の結論でよかったでしょうか？
Japan taggingのページにはadmin_levelがそのまま残っています。
よろしければadmin_levelに関する部分を削除してしまいますが。

Ahí le has dao: tenemos pendiente mover la wiki. Como ya dije en el correo
que abriste, cuenta conmigo, aunque no veo la forma de coordinarnos. Quizá
haciendo una división territorial por un lado, y otra temática por otro,
buscando voluntarios que se responsabilicen de cada una... No lo sé.

Te haré caso; voy a dejar pasar unos días, y luego corregiré lo que vea mal
en la relación. Después, revisaré todo el tramo que cruza por la zona que
trabajo, que es la comarca de la Hoya de Huesca, y dejaré constancia en la
wiki.

Por cierto, no veo creada ninguna página sobre la GR-1 (ni para ninguna
otra GR), supongo que te refieres a la dedicada al senderismo. No me manejo
muy bien con las wiki, ya que desconozco lo que es correcto hacer y lo que
no: ¿escribo en la discusión de la página, o en el cuadro de observaciones
de la GR? Lo que sí tengo claro es que voy a actualizar las PR y senderos
locales de mi zona que llevo hechas, que son unas cuantas.
