Here is a suggested compromise. Why don't we replace all the road names of unverified or suspected traces over there with FIXME's. (that way, they becomes temporary 'reference data' only) Then we send gpstogo(plus paper map) and my old garmin 76 gps to Bacolod, and make a game out of this

I'm still seeing plenty of new editors and high editing activity in the Bacolod area. One example is this subdivision that was drawn in. The roads match the Google satellite imagery but there is no GPX trace to back it up:
