Yeah AOL once did it with my domain and I have sbsolutely no idea why. When I somehow mannaged to contact someone they said that aparrently someone complained that they were recieving spam from my domain, so they blocked it. Of course it could be that someone was domain spoofing and unfortunately there's not much we can do about it at the moment. As for your problem, don't they have any telephone contacts?
