Hmmm I may be preaching to the choir here But to me one of Senor Tater's unique talents is stripping down fiddle tunes to their bare essence so what is left is pure melody and rhythmic drive. Kind of like just leaving just the eyes, ears, nose and mouth on Mr Potato Head :) If I'm reading
