if You copy filter from message or file to clipboard, open Sorting office,
select Incoming filters and Paste it, nothing happens, Paste button is
disabled.
But if You open Sorting Office dialog, copy filter from message/file and
paste it now, it is pasted correctly.

this is very strange behaviour introduced in 4.0 and I am receiving
questions from users how to change this.
When You decrease width of editor window, Account will disappear first,
Priority and Confirm Receipt/Reading confirmation second and Message
Format third.
