Hello, The icon won't move if it's Pinned to the taskbar. If you Unpin the icon it acts as it should. So try pinning it to the taskbar (make sure you have new mail/unread mail.), then unpin (it will work properly) then pin and it will stop moving. This is a bug. Thanks -- Scott Sims

Hello Mark, It apparently isn't due to the messages themselves (older messages don't look like they used to either), or at least not solely. I don't know since when this started. I will revert back to see. It seems as if it all started in 4.2.10.4. See report here:
