Up and running.
I gave up on the Exchange serve settings.
I know their is something wrong with the Bat given I was able to make the
settings work with Outlook 2013.

Maybe this should be 0% for at least one filter. I have a common spam
filter that triggers off a couple of different headers added by
Spamassassin on the server and Kaspersky on the PC.
These are never moved automatically moved to the (common) spam folder

somehow, but not completly which is forcing me moving mails around every
few days for 15-30 minutes... Great!
