I am using the free version of Fastmail and it does not allow for
changing the settings for SPAM.
This MIGHT be the problem, Stuart. Full and enhanced accounts have a
customisable spam filter. It could be worth dropping a note to FM's
support (or a post in the forum). They're quite responsive

Only by disabling the option to filter for a while, or increasing the spam
score trigger. You can't see which messages have been rejected.
