When you click on the right most icon on the To, CC or BCC field of
Editor you get the Mail-picker with the corresponding tab selected.
Well, I am getting only the To tab no matter if I am in the To, CC or
BCC fields. The CC and BCC fields are not even displayed.

Cannot confirm. That is, if I'm reading your description correctly.
In MicroEd I get the address-picker in To, CC, and BCC. I picked an
address for the CC and BCC and it promplty appeared in the headers of
this message I'm composing

transfer icons that should be little single arrows and double arrows

Yet another reason not to release a V3.
And the interesting thing is the bug ticket said it was fixed IN
