clBtnText Represents the default color of the text on a button.

clHighlight Represents the color of the background of a block

In older The Bat! we had a list of a predefined color set (with text
description) and the Windows UI system colors.
Now we have only a color table to choose from.
For accessibility there is a need to get back the predefined ones.

Not yet available. Red is for folder message list tabs, green for fast
search and view mode
