There appears to be some relationship between the scheduler
component and delayed sending problem.
I just cleaned out a lot of very old scheduled and sent notes in the
scheduler. Now the program runs much quicker.

[Trouble with delayed sending]
I am getting so frustrated with this. In some beta releases it has
worked perfectly, and the next release of an EXE will totally break
it (form me at least) and I have no idea of why.
Tonight I did

on startup
Execute actions for missed event is checked
The delayed sending is completely broken for me

Every message was sent no one was lost.
I had 5 messages timed to go out at 2 pm. 2 went out at 2:11. The other 3 are
still in the outbox.
Anyone have any ideas? There is a user on TBUDL with another same problem of
setting a message to go out at a future time and in doesn't go.

They won't go unless I UNPARK them, then they will go immediately irregardless

First of all, my sent mail is wierd, because it always shows the
received time an hour later than the created date, including when it's
not during daylight savings time.
Yesterday at 9:14 am, I sent myself a message, to be dispatched at 8
am tomorrow (today). The message was sent today,
, which was composed at the same time, and
set to be sent in 24 hours, by the custom setting. This message is
still sitting in the outbox, (it is currently about 11:35 am
Thursday).
