If you edit section [Components] and change
LngPack=.\
to
LngPack=.\LngPack
all is fine.

It appears it is some work in progress,
A real improvement could be for me (may be for others, too) to be able
to set a priority for languages when checking mixed text.
For example in my case i use German (primary preferred language) and English
(American) in technical mails.
