5.1.6.2 VF bug still there

2012-05-19 Thread Carsten Guthardt-Schulz
The bug that the message I am currently reading in a VF disappears as soon
as the virtual folder gets refreshed is still there. This happens if a VF
is configured to show unread emails, which then of course become read when
you click on them. Then you better hurry if you want to flag the message,
because as soon as a new unread message comes in (causing the VF to
refresh) your message will disappear from the VF.

Bug exists and was reported since v5.0.

HTML cursor up does not work

2012-05-19 Thread Eddie
Dear all,

Usually you can scroll an eMail up and down by holding down the Alt
and then pressing cursor Up- ode Down.

This does not work properly in an HTML mail. Cursor Up is also
scroolling down the eMail - instead going up.

Any confirmation?

Hello Carsten,

I don't consider this to be a bug. If the message you are viewing, or
any other message in the same folder, is already marked as read when the
VF refreshes, I would say it is normal and to be expected that the
message(s) disappear from the VF. As you say, your VF is configured to
show *unread* messages.

Can't confirm it. I use HTML/Plain Text and it seems to be working correctly

Could it be that it is only visible when HTML only is selected?

I just tried again with everything set to HTML only and it seemed to work ok
