If you go to Options/Preferences/Viewer Editor/HTML Viewer, you can select external viewer or as I do, use the internal viewer but select the "Show HTML Viewer Switch". By doing this you can easily switch between viewers as needed. The nice thing about the internal viewer is that you can see the under lying address of a link, helping you decide whether to click on it or not. But you are correct there seem to be many issues with the internal viewer as far as displaying some messages. -- Best regards, Stuartmailto:skcu...@fastmail.fm Current beta is 8.3.0.30 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

By doing this you can easily switch between viewers as needed. A workaround, yes. My goal with this thread, as it has unfortunately become b/c I forgot several issues, is to have a collection of serious, work-hampering bugs in one place. And to remind us and RITLabs that there are serious issues possibly driving users away to other progs. -- Dierk Haasis [DH² Publishing] www.DH2Publishing.info Twitter: Evo2Me 8.3.0.30 (BETA) on Windows 10 0 17134 Never trust a hug, it's just a way to hide your face. That is an interesting problem. My main problem is the TLS support. Google and other servers will not allow me to send the mail because the TLS is less than 1.2. I know RIT is working hard to address the TLS situation. I'll be glad when it is updated. This thread gives us a clue as to how much they must be scrambling at Rit to fix things. It is true that TB's html support is not the best, but it has improved over the years. I suspect it must be a low priority issue. It hasn't been too long since html was scorned in email. Things have changed. The other part of it is that html is a moving target. Specs are constantly changing, being added and taken away. Keeping up with that could be a full time job in itself. As for Google/tls, my opinion is that it is a good idea to go with email providers that don't have problems. Easy for me to say, since I have been with Fastmail for 15 years or so. Changing providers is a pain, I know. But consider, you will only need to do it once. > Jerry -- Gleason Current beta is 8.3.0.30 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
