I discovered this in v2.12.00 (to which I upgraded a few day ago from
v2.10.03) but it is still present in Beta/6. This is why I'm reporting
it here.
Some times, when I open the editor from an account whose new template
doesn't set the language I get the annoyance shown in attached PNG
