NFS very slow when loading large filters

I have a very long filter for getting rid of the various forms of "You have a virus" messages. Now this filter loaded almost instantly when I clicked it in the old filtering system in TB 2.x, but in TB 3, the complete program freezes for a few _minutes_ before the filter is shown.
