For years I have been using a manual filter with a sortcut (invented
by Marck D Pearlstone, I believe) to submit SPAM to Spamcop. This filter
has the Queue in Outbox option selected but, since upgrading today to
v3.72.05, the generated messages are sent immediately.

TF Do you filter on Reply-To or on which header? If you filter on TO
TF or on Headers only, both instances of that message will have been
TF filtered into your TBUDL folder.
TF TB send the reply to the Reply-To address.
