3.72.05: 'Run external action' filter action broken

Hi all, I have a filter that uses the Run external action action to execute a Perl script, passing the raw message file as a parameter. The action's Wait for completion and Import the process' stdout... options are both checked, with an existing folder specified. This has all been working fine
