Hi Maxim,

just wanted to change the properties of my Trash folder on IMAP as it
shows messages on the mail ticker.

So I untick the check box for 'Show unread on mail ticker' and hit
'OK'. No joy. A message box is shown that there is already a folder
Trash and I should rename this one.

All on IMAP with remote trash folder.

version, be professional, let the beta list test it thoroughly for
like a month, and fix all detected bugs. Christmas is coming, new
year's eve, it would be another rusing out of not completely tested
software.

You would have 10 days. Maybe enough to work on the software, but not
to test it.

No, I haven't done that. It worked fine until v5.0.0.114 and hasn't worked for 
me since. There are a couple other people that are experiencing this, but we 
seem to be the minority.

- image download manager is not working and where is old configuration
  import?
- view modes are not working
- message list tabs are not working
- there are many problems with new message list pane
- new search bar is still buggy like it was introduced

and please remove "new" About dialog, it is better to display nothing than
this...

However, printing is faulty:
V4  would  print  html  when  viewing html and plain text when viewing
plain text. V4 also asked what printer you wanted to use.
.118  doesn't  ask  what printer you want to use and always prints the
plain text version. This afternoon I encountered the same problem with
.117, but I had no time to report it.

Though  I  don't  print my messages often, I really appreciate it that
they're appearing in the proper layout and on the right printer.

Was able to close the program with no violation error.

It's   over   a  wireless link and it is a slow server (my own). I was
also  using  four  IMAP  connections. I've cut that down to one but it
still occurs. I've also tried a wired link. It is running on a rather slow 
laptop but that's going to be how I use it.

4.2.36.4 doesn't have this problem over a wired link.

I have been receiving This for a while and it freezes TB and requires reboot. I 
think it has something to do with messages that are not downloaded yet.   
Filtering here still does not work effectively for IMAP.

I got this after a failed send (smtp server was wrong)

!13/12/2010, 13:55:57: SEND  - The message to tbbeta@thebat.dutaint.com (1448 
bytes) is sent but could not be moved from Outbox to the Sent folder. The 
message is parked in the Outbox

It was sitting there with an hourglass in the parked column.

Browsing through the IMAP Folders very fast (i see about 10 green Arrows 
working on Folders) i get an unexpected Shutdown with no

I have the same message from Gmail IMAP account. I observed this in earler 
versions as well. I have one TCP connection allowed, despite the link has 
more capacity. With more TCP connections the behaviour is the same.

I  have  an  IMAP  with Exchange (i think 2007 Server) too, if Ritlabs
needs more Logs, i can provide them after switching ON the logging.

Do you have POP3 or IMAP Accounts - i am having IMAP only.
Maybe with POP3 it works, like my crystal ball tells me ;-)

cannot confirm, here it's working like in 4.x, previewing doesn't mark
read.
