I had the same issue when originally installing Beta 2 (I did not
use/install Beta 1)
The issue turned out to be due to me installing The Bat! in a different
folder than the default (in my case "D:\The Bat!", I have always installed
it there)
It appears that the launcher only tries to run th ebat
