Roelof solved the problem for we with this suggestion You can set the time date/format with something: d mmm ,t That way you should get the default time format, when you set the time like hh:nn then you can force am/pm by adding the ampm parameter like this: hh:nn ampm, that implies that only hh:nn would give you the 24 hour format. I've tried using your suggestion received from Roelof but it does not work in 5.0.22.4. No matter which option was chosen in Time Window despite of having TB! set to Polish (I did set all Windows local settings to Polish (time set to 24h type)) 5.0.22.4 always had started in English (there was no Language selection as well). Allowing usage of time format as well even in English settings would be recommended. I have Czech language selected in Windows regional setting, but when is English interface in The Bat!, message list displays default english setting. I think it's 5.0.22.4 Alpha issue. I did tried to switch languages in TB! installed on HDD and in Windows settings but after running Alpha version there is only English version on my machine (nevertheless what settings are used in TB! or in OS).
