Any chance to replace the /text/ editor, or at least fix the Undo/Redo
mulfunctioning? I think it's not acceptable to have an editor without a
reliable Undo function and no Redo at all. It's lacking of basic features.

Runs nicely, the keyboard shortcuts seem to work again in HTML message
viewer.

What hasn't changed from betas - when trying to reply to certain HTML
E-Mails (like German MediaMarkt or 1&1, I can provide samples if it
helps), it takes long tens of seconds to initialize the reply window,
during which time TheBat mostly doesn't respond. Strangely, other -
optically similarly long - HTML newsletters like XING are there much
faster (still, blocking in the process).

Apart from the justified question "who the hell would feel the urge to
reply to newsletters?", I suppose someone may be getting legit HTML mails where
replying makes sense and possibly that can be optimized? :)

Thank you!

@Stefan: This is a show-stopper for me. I am not installing the new
release on this work machine. I don't think the version should have
been released with this bug.

What is the bug report number?

Yes.
1. I install a new thebat_64_9-1-18,
2. then customise the standard toolbar adding a button for which I
chose a room; closing then re-starting TheBat! is ok,
3. then upgrade to thebat_64_9-2-1.msi,
4. the standard toolbar came back to the default one, loosing the
button,
5. if I repeat 2., save, close then re-start TheBat!, the new button
is still in the toolbar but at the end - always.

I set mine up like the attached screenshot years ago using colour

Did you customise the toolbar before the upgrade, and it now reverted
to the default? Or did you never customise it, so it was the default

I just upgraded from thebat_64_9-1-18 to thebat_64_9-2-1.msi and the
toolbar is the default one.
Then if you try to customise, the new toolbar will be saved but if you
stop than re-start TheBat!, your customisation is not the same as

Not sure at all after upgrading!!

thebat_64_9-1-18.msi is 41 mo
thebat_64_9-2-1.msi is 111 mo
which means that many things can happen! :-)

Is this confirmed by others? I am currently on my production machine

cannot lose my toolbar customisations on the production machine.

I'd like to upgrade this machine because of the much better HTML

it very hard to support without Outlook ActiveX, because this is not a plain

Some people attach other messages via outlook, but attach not contain text
