I think the only way to change icon size is to edit the batskin.xml
file. You can change the size of the icons for different icon bars by
editing the sizes listed there.

Am I right in gathering that there are problems at the moment with the
3.80.3 release as regards creation of, redirecting of, forwarding of,
messages by filter actions?
My system relies heavily on this sort of capability and I wonder should I
hold off upgrading to the new version.
