Voyager re-install problem

Hello, I was having problems with my Voyager set up so I cleared the stick and re installed. I put in my registration number and then got my token from the web site and put it in but, each time I now try to open the programme, I get the following dialogue box. The token has been unplugged. Exit

Hello, To reply to myself, I've tried installing on another USB stick but with the same results. Because of this I can't do anything to alter settings in Voyager because I have to select YES in the dialogue box and, of course, everything closes down. If I select NO then the box just stays and I
