Hello Richard, I have just installed Voyager onto my USB stick and can only refer to what I noticed during that process. I hope it'll be of some help.
I understand that you have 'cleared the stick' and reinstalled Voyager onto it, and 'put in my registration number and then got my token from the web site and put it in'. Despite this it seems your Voyager is not accepting your token and continues to pop up for one. When I got my token from the web site it said I had four more activations to go. Do you recall that message? Is yours decreasing now that you are reinstalling and got your token from the web site to point out you've been using a new activation? I saved my token to a text file so I could use it in a later instance in case I needed to reinstall (preventing using my future activations), BUT I did not fail to notice that the token uses a 'token serial number' that is based on the file system type of the USB stick and its volume ID. My token serial number was like FAT-xxxxxxxx (can be FAT32-xxxxxxxx) This is my guess at what your situation is all about: You have formatted your USB stick and as a consequence its volume ID has changed and now your token activation is no longer valid as the volume ID is based on the token serial number. Please Note that I assume that you saved your token and used this number instead of reactivating through Internet your new installation. This is what you can do: Download VolumeID v2.0 from Mark Russinovich (Whow. That is new to me: He is at Microsoft now!!! ) http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/FileAndDisk/VolumeId.mspx After you format your USB stick run this little tool to give it back its previous volume ID. Make sure you formatted to the right file system type as well (defaults to FAT is my experience). Now reinstalling Voyager with your original registration number and the token you have saved should be working smoothly. Most probably you never noted down your original volume ID, so you'll need to reactivate your new installation again through the internet and get a new token.
