Miguel, Hello Paul, I had never before used the Horizontal split mode but I have just tried and they are saved here. The horizontal split layout is saved, but not the widths of the columns. Each time I restart TB the columns are all the same size. -- PJ Using TB! v4.0.18 on Windows XP

Hello David, That is the point I am a big key board used and don't use the mouse. When I the cursor keys to move up and down the tree it gets really annoying that the other columns disappear off the right. The problem as I see it is that the first column width is not fixed but will vary

Follow up on this. I have mine laid out with full height folder column on left, then on right the message list above and msg view below. What I can't figure out how to do (if it is possible) is to keep the window split on the right side DIFFERENT for different folders. Why? On most folders I
