When we set the GUI to Russian language, everything works fine, but the
display of the date columns.
It seems that the date columns do have a fixed character set, which
cannot display the Russian month names.
Does somebody now if I can fix this by myself?

How can we reach
Starting from any version of 4.1.x (don't remember which one) we have
the problem that TB hangs on closing the application. Not always, but
quite often. Happens on different machines, with different OSs (XP/SP2
through to Win7)
We can't say, when exactly this started because we did an upgrade
We do have some Clients with 4.2.18, 1 with 4.2.9 and about 6 with 2.x.
Now we want to upgrade all clients to the latest version (4.2.23).
But an ugly problem seems to manifest with this version (or any other
version _higher_ than 4.2.18):

Thanks, but this means DOWNgrading the ones already on 4.2.18 and
4.2.23. While I would generally not completely reject to do so... still
updates do make sense.
