Move Voyager to a new stick?

Hi folks, I have an existing Voyager installation on a small USB stick. Because of size issues (that stick is nearly full) I want the installation to a new 2 GB USB stick. It seems that just copying the whole Voyager folder does not work. What else can I do? Thanks Michael
