Hi With the current version I have decided to revisit IMAP4 mail handling. It all seems to be working quite well other than handling attachments. A attachments are received as 'part.att' which means I can't open them with their default programs. I can, however, save the attached file and

Or maybe I have an incorrect setting? I have only seen this with Outlook users that have incorrect settings in their client. Someone may correct me on this. I also get graphics with no extension, which is an issue on the original sender's end, yet The Bat reads 99% of them flawlessly. I must of

Hi My office fax system sends an email out when a fax is either sent or received. The fax is attached as a PDF file. Recently since I've moved over to IMAP I've noticed that the attachment is always named 'part.att' when it should be of the form filename.pdf. If I save and rename the attachment

I've just changed over to using IMAP and everything seems to be working properly. But I've got one question (which may be a general IMAP question, not The Bat!, as I have the same problem with Thunderbird). I thought with IMAP attachments would only be downloaded if I tried to open or save them
