Sort Problem

Hi all, I have a problem with sorting emails... i sort by Received time, so new ones are to the top, but since 2 days ago, i have noticed ALL new emails turning up about the middle of my Folder, ive tried to reset the sort position, but nothing seems to help. Any pointers?
