Selective Download Filters

2007-08-01 Thread Chris W .

Is there anyway to use a selective download filter to select only
those messages that I want downloaded. I can only see a way to select
messages NOT to download.

Or, perhaps there is a better way to do what I want to do...

I have one real account [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have two other account [EMAIL
PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Neither [EMAIL PROTECTED] nor [EMAIL PROTECTED] have
mailboxes that are checkable
on a server somewhere; both are forwarded to [EMAIL PROTECTED] However, I don't
want people to know the the message has been forwarded to [EMAIL PROTECTED] So,
I though that I'd create three accounts and use selective download
filters to ignore the [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] messages when
checking as
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and select the appropriate messages for the other two
accounts. At the moment, I have incoming filters for [EMAIL PROTECTED] the move
the messages to the correct account. However, I have to write my
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] incoming filters in [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Confused yet? I am.

How can I support this request? I found your link but could not find any
way to add comments/support to NOTES. However since this is going on since
2004 and requested by a number of people I don't have much hope to get it,
unless we start a "riot".

Only by creating a new install.
In order preserve any mail, address book entries, etc. you need to
create a backup first, create a new install and restore your backup.

About the same as if you would want to change the master password on
your regular copy of TB.

Whith focus on the heading of the set of rules where you want the new
rule to reside:

Edit, Paste or simply
Ctrl-V

Not that it has caught anything yet.

When pasted, I get a rule saying:
Message Source match -+[0-9]+\r\n(?:[a-zA-Z\-]+:
[^\r]+\r\n)+(?:\r\n){1,}-+[0-9]+\r\n(?:[a-zA-Z\-]+: [^\r]+\r\n)*Content-Type:
application/pdf;

and an action: Set memo.
