Should I dump Outlook 2000?

I haven't yet moved over to TB from Outlook 2000 yet, so I am seeking opinions from others about whether or not I should do so. For those who have made the shift, what are the biggest benefits you have noticed? What is the biggest downside you have found? Thanks, Jon --

I am having trouble importing my data. I have Outlook 2000 and Outlook 6 running Windows XP. Can I import all the data from Outlook 2000 via Outlook 6 into TB and still preserve the folder structure? Will it be seemless or cause some problems? Once in TB, can I drag and drop the folders about
