I bought 1.6x in December 2002. So I do agree with some that Ritlabs
asked to much for 2.x. They could at least offer to upgrade until

This was a Beta problem (1.62b1/4) But it was solved in Beta5, witch
you are using. Try to delete the ACCOUNT.CFG directory in the
\MAIL\accountname\ directory of The Bat!

the problem occurred when creating this
account.
So now I've found the problem. Instead of creating an account.cfg
file, The Bat! creates an account.cfg directory. Witch, obviously,
cannot hold any settings.
Why is it doing this?

column settings for one of the folders. The others will follow.

Yes, I know. I was going quit mad when I was struggling with this
option. Didn't seem to get it to work.
