Another wy would be to strip all HTML tags from the file and save it
as a plain text file, which can be imported (if headers are present).
or just copy/paste text from the browser.

I have an eMail in HTML format (you see the mail with full header on
the browser). I right klick and save the Doc in HTML-format on my
disc.
Q: how to Import it into TB! so as it will be part of all other mails
in the folder?

Importing HTML
You don't need to import it in order to send it on. You attach it to
an email. You also cannot make it part of all other mails in the
folder, as TB does not allow you to alter those mails. Only mails in
