It's indeed the way to go, I have over 100 Common Filters in the office. The caveat is that if you create a new filter, it is not associated to any account. Hello Members, I have set up about 20 filter folders for a particular account. I am presently running about 3 to 4 accounts. I there a way for the filters to work with all the accounts? Under 'sorting office - account' there is 'common filter'. what does this do? Is there any way to transfer the filters to this 'common filter'? i guess that this 'common filter' will work for all accounts?
