Re: [TBUDL] Address look up
Hello MFPA, Thanks for that. Some can be deleted from the history but other addresses come from somewhere else and can't be deleted. Do the settings available at Options | Preferences | Address History not help? (I have only ever managed to limit the number of history entries to about 40, the optimal situation of having none has always eluded me.) Thanks for the suggestion but no it didn't help. I have addresses being suggested that are not in the address book, nor in the list in the Addresses tab. This address is single quoted and also double quoted and I want to remove it as I also have it correctly in the Address Book. Any ideas? -- Best regards, Tonymailto:t...@parkinch.co.uk The Bat! 6.7.3.2 (BETA) Current version is 6.6 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

The three places I can think of looking are:- 1. the address history drop-down. 2. an additional address book entry. 3. a messsage in a folder somewhere. If the offending suggested address is not to be found in one of those, I'm stumped. -- Best regards MFPAmailto:2014-667rhzu3dc-lists-gro...@riseup.net A picture is a poem without words Using The Bat! v4.0.38 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3 Current version is 6.6 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Re: [TBUDL] Address look up
Hello St, Does anyone know where TB gets it recent addresses from and how to control which addresses are used? If I send a message to an an invalid address, how can I remove it from TB lookup? Put the cursor in the To:/CC:/BCC:-field - click the View History menu arrow and navigate with the keyboard arrow keys and highlight the address you want to remove - press the delete key - presto!
