There are specific exceptions, such as at work we put addressees who are supposed to act on the contents of the email into the To field and those copied in for info only into CC. -- Best regards MFPAmailto:2014-667rhzu3dc-lists-gro...@riseup.net Free advice costs nothing until you act upon it Using The Bat! v4.0.38 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3 Current version is 6.1.8 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

In the most recent instance, it happens that all of the recipients know one another, and their addresses. However, I feel that it is a good habit to develop. Leonard -- Leonard S. Yes, if you miss the additional step of selecting all the members before hitting the new message button; doing that puts all the individual addresses in rather than just the group name. Hi On Thursday 6 March 2014 at 2:38:59 PM, in , Leonard S. Berkowitz wrote: > How can I have the Group recipients appear in the > RFC-Headers just as if I had entered them individually? You can have them appear in the To field by selecting the group name, then highlighting all the members, then clicking the New Message icon. You can then cut them from the To field of your new message and paste into the BCC field. I'm sure there must be a better way using macros and templates, but in a few minutes thought I only came up with a couple of quick and dirty fixes. A suggestion would be a "dummy" group address that goes in the To field, and in your new message use something like %BCC='QT="Handle"' or %BCC='%INCLUDE="filepath"' to insert a list of addresses that you maintain in a Quick Template or in a text file instead of in an AB Group. -- Best regards MFPAmailto:2014-667rhzu3dc-lists-gro...@riseup.net Is it bad luck to be superstitious?
