Hi, I had a quick look at the filter dialog, but I wasn't sure which conditions to set. What do I need to set? Also, messages in my TB installation don't have any indicators in the corners. Actually, my messages don't have corners at all. All I can see is the different fields - form, subject, created, size, memo etc - there are no icons to colour. I'm using v3.80.06. The different ways to mark a message as read are listed in: account - properties - options Unfortunately there isn't an option to mark it as read after sending a reply. However, you can create a 'replied messages' filter with the action 'mark as read'. Hi, Ah, that's a shame. A filter would be a workaround though. Having gone into the filters dialog, I've gotten a bit confused. I can see how to add a condition (should I be adding a condition for all messages, message attribute unread, source folder?), but I can't see anywhere to add an action. Where exactly is the action option? -- Regards, Chris Current version is 3.80.06 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

That step always catches me when I'm working with common filters. Hi, That looks promising. I was looking for a place to copy and paste your code into (I was looking in the Account-Sorting Office/Filters menu), but I can only see how to add a filter manually (by creating a new filter and then adding a condition - I haven't found the option to add an action as yet).
