Anyone have any experiences on the response times and MK accuracy of answers from RIT Labs? It varies from bug to bug AFAICS. Some reported bugs are still outstanding. Others are fixed the same day. I think that a lot depends on whether or not the problem can be easily reproduced and if fixing it is not going to have a major disruptive impact on any of the general workings (if you know what I mean).
