[tesseract-ocr] Tesseract 4.0 font attributes

I realize that this was last spoken about in 2017 but is there any new news/ideas about this? I'd like to be able to recognize bold text and have only just finished fine tuning my tesseract 4.0 to recognize some specific unicode
