What I had NOT do was to copy *all* Cygin.dll files
The result is almost what I was expected (ancient Greek isn't a usual and
easy case for ocr programs), freeOCR now works fine and doesn't crash.

for kan.traineddata file..
I renamed existing tesseract.exe in the FreeOCR as "tesseract.exe-Old"
added folder containing teseract-ocr 3.04.(if zipped will have 82mb)

Some problems forced me to try ShreeDevi 's answer today.
I 've downloaded the latest version of tesseract 's engine (7-8-2015) but
the result is still the same... FreeOCR begins the processing and soon I
get a small window saying that tesseract.exe has stopped working.
Thanks for your response. I'll try the newest built and I'll be back soon
with my results!
