[tesseract-ocr] Language path in Tesseract Recognition

I'm working on tesseract recognition and try to read language from Folder locally in cordova project , when I put the language path on server it works , but when the path is locally in www Folder give me error , can anyone help me what's the correct way to set language path in Cordova project ? I

From my experience dictionary has only limited effect on OCR result: e.g. adding word to dictionary does not mean that tesseract will recognize it. But on other side missing word in dictionary does not mean that tesseract will not recognize it correctly. So if you have just ascii text (without
