[Tex-music] M-Tx 0.61

M-Tx got stuck at 0.60 for quite a while. You can now build 0.61 on Linux by: $ git clone https://github.com/dlaurie/M-Tx $ cd M-Tx $ make I am no longer qualified to say what you need to do on other systems, beyond the surmise that whatever worked for 0.60 should still work. I have removed from
