Mark is right. Now that Dave L has gone posting AWOL for a couple of days, we
are going to have to fill his big shoes, as well as putting our feet in our
mouths.
Someone just posted about convention and how it had some nice above ground
caves. Remember:
A cave is a cave no matter how small.
This is almost unbelievable and worth watching.

Today I took a quick look at the maps, photos artwork.
There were several large maps showing interesting caves
across the country. The CRF along with Bob Guilden
had some great entries.
The art salon is one of my favorite things to see at convention.
There was a large quilt showing the NSS
The Midland Reporter Telegram ran a 3/4 page news story about Snowy River in
Fort Stanton Cave in New Mexico.
It was a well written story by AP Writer Susan Montoya Bryan.
It had 2 color pictures and those included Penny Boston and John McLean.
