I share everyone's shock & sadness of Jim's passing. I didn't know him as well
as most of you. I met him & his girlfriend at the time Donna Mosesman (sp?)at
my very first TCR in 2006 at Paradise Canyon. I like to think they are now
together again. He was a great conversationalist & I will miss h

Like all of you, I was shocked to receive the news of Jim’s passing.
He was an irrepressible adventurer with a extraordinary intellect.
We will certainly miss his presence in the caving community.
