I had not heard the term Orange
Menace. I assume it is referring to Donald J. Trump. Correct? Fritz

We went in March of last year, and rented cold weather gear for it. We
want to go back and spend a week in that park.

Yes, the narrows was crowed with people at its opening. I went farther and
farther until there was just a trickle of people. I decided to go until there
wasn't anyone else. Eventually it got real narrow and one young couple came the
other way. I asked them if anyone was ahead. They said no, no
Buy online at https://store.usgs.gov/pass/index.html for $20; or download the
pdf form. You’ll need to have a picture or pdf of something that proves your
age (e.g. driver’s license) ready to upload.

Some parks are $15 for a vehicle, Rocky Mountain National Park comes to
mind, and I think Lake Powell was the same. Taking 3 others into Carlsbad
Caverns saves you quite a bit as well.
Zion is a great park, Bill, did you go up the narrows?

Go down to Senior Pass. Even at $80, it's still a bargain, but the $10
rate is good until Aug 28th, 2017. Anyone $62 or older should grab up the
$10 lifetime pass before then.
I've been buying the $80 pass for several years now,
I am sure you all have heard that if you qualify for a Senior Pass with
NPS, and
do not have one that you should order one ASAP as the fee will increase in
six weeks.
I do not have the link in front of me.
