Thanks to David Locklear for the stories. THE SUMMARY: they told everyone OVER THREE YEARS AGO we'd need them. As late as last October, the wait for passport processing was less than 4 weeks (we processed one). They said EVERYONE in a family needs their own -- family passports wouldn't work
