Hi. There are people who would be happy to help, but they need an exact list of things that should be done. It can be kept it in t-h.o wiki. I'll try to compose such a list as soon as possible. The volunteer(s) will get full SSH access to the (virtual) server that trac-hacks.org is running

I'm not sure what I can do, but I would be willing to at least help test / debug. I have migrated ~30-50 tracs in our project hierarchy through trac versions .8-.12 and maintain ~6 plugins (none of which are used on trac-hacks, to the best of my knowledge). I don't have a great deal of time to
