Aha,
Thanks for the tip Anthony, I try that. One question though, several
persons can have the same birthday, can that cauce a problem? I mean I
can't have 2 tiddlers with the same topic/title.
PS: I was just kidding with nuts and bolt expression. I saw Måns

Thanks but I'm hoping for a more generic answer on how to filter
cousin tiddlers and ideally even by the n'th cousin. Surely this
must be a common problem with many standard solutions or even a plugin
around already, that is economical from a processing point of view.

I think the alternative is javascript.
I'm still on the beginer slopes but know this much
1) for loops
2) arrays
3) array methods - push, join
the basic idea is that you make an array using a loop then output the values
buy pushing items into the array, and specifying how they are joined
Hi everybody,
I'm sorry but I could not find an answer to this question in the
thousand messages of the group.
I am very new to all this Tiddlywiki world, and I am starting to play
to set my own TW. So I apologize for my complete ignorance.
One thing I do not like a lot (though if there is no

@Eric - I will update the plugins you mentioned, sometime this
weekend, but the fact is that I got my plugins from your site lat week
when I created NoteStorm. I know this because I had no idea how to use
them and so was looking at your documentation and trying to figure
them out. Maybe the

That was a bug I had introduced - no problems with your version.

Hi Eric
Now I'm trying to work with the MoveablePanelPlugin.
One thing that is very annoying is the fact that the mouse often
locks/glues to a floating window - and I cannot get it off again -
grrr
I wonder if it has something to do with the iframes or embedded
movieclips - but still I need

That 'thing' is called a 'transclusion'... like an inline script (or a
plugin-defined macro), transclusions can be used generate program-

Transclusions are invoked by using the

Hi Eric,
adding:
span macro='tiddler QuickEditToolbar'/span

Is it still possible to add QuickEdit and if, how is this done?

Hi TwWizards and Eric ;-)
I would like to be able to open a TW with a permalinkinvoked
theme.
When I use one TW in an iframe in another TW it would be great to be
able to set the theme to TotallyTiddlers...
I'd expect a syntax similar to this: url/#theme:TotallyTiddlers...
Is it possible
I'd expect a syntax similar to this: url/#theme:TotallyTiddlers...
Is it possible already - somehow?
There *is* a #theme:... paramifier. However, it doesn't always seem
to work, and I'm not sure why.
What does work, consistently, is to use an 'option paramifier' to
direct set the preferred
Hi ALL

Hi Again
Strange thing...when SaveAs opens the new TW...I get the message

error message disappears and TWTreeView is workingseems like
something is not being read correctly when SaveAs opens up the new TW.

Hi Dave
(As I remember ... )
If you make a tiddler titled: Topics and tag it: closed - The tree
is folded upon startup.
TopicsTemplate2 is for displaying a tree in a tiddler based on the
tiddlers title - it's written into the viewtemplate.
TopicsTemplate1 is just made for use in the MainMenu -
Second thought have made me delete template2 - Now only one template
is needed: TopicsTemplate:
Here I have made the changes:

I rewrote the line in the TopicsViewTemplate:
span macro='tiddler TopicsTemplate2'/span
to:

Tobbe,
If the person tiddler is tagged with a date, of course another person
tiddler can be tagged with the same date. You only put person information in
the person tiddler and date information (if any) in the date tiddler (that
matches the tag).
If you use the new here tiddler you can go to a
